The cement between the bricks has crumbed away and now this is very dangerous. 5 fence panels blown down and need replacing as can’t let the dog out in back garden. Hole in the wall filled with a cushion to stop the cold and rats getting inside.

This is a council property and this has been ongoing for a long time now.
