Obstruction of driveway

At least 3 times a day, somebody will park across our driveway for an extended period of time, whether they are visiting somebody nearby or going to the beach which is literally on the other side of the road, myself and my girlfriend have a car and both work in hospitality, which whilst recently hasn't been an issue, will be again as it has been for years living here, coming back from a late shift at anywhere from midnight to 5am, probably having worked in excess of 10 hours to find that someone has covered our driveway, being late at night, we can't go searching for the owner meaning we have to park ages away from our own dedicated parking spot. Even a simple trip to the shops, throughout the entirety of the pandemic has been impossible because 8/10 times, someone will be parked in front of our drive when we return 20-30 minutes later. It's extremely, extremely frustrating, especially off the back of working all day and we've completely had enough of it, it's a problem up the entire road and needs to be addressed, especially when there is a sizable car park on the beach for those who are going there.
