Sent to Edinburgh City Council less than a minute later

The Alarm is ear piercing. It can be heard as far as mountcastle in one direction or portobello high street in the other. Hurts the Kid’s and the dog’s ears. It wakes us up every night. Owners have been contacted but it keeps happening.
