Ongoing issue for a number of years now.Fly-tipping left for months and no enforcement action taken in land owners to clear, as is legal duty of local authority. Bury Council will only wait until the waste floods the pavement, but this is not a legal requirement for taking action. Despite my numerous reports this continues to get informed while we suffer from the pest infestations as a consequence.
