Loose utility manhole cover Rugby Road Burbage not far from junction And path

Sent to Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2649167.

This cover was reported last year It’s loose and as the cars etc goes over it it makes quite a noise is is getting louder and as it is on a main rd gets lots of Traffic over it day and night

  • I have reported this problem twice before to the council With no luck The third time I reported it to fix my street I have had a reply and the council say they have reported it to a third party who is responsible for it but 3 weeks on it is still unrepaired and getting more noisy by the day ( and night ) It won’t be long with the volume of traffic going over it It will collapse and somebody’s car could get stuck in it

    Still no sign of this cover being fixed by anybody The noise now is consent with cars / lorries driving over it day and night It must belong to somebody ?
