Bins out of place

Dear Sir / Madame We would like to raise out concern towards our street look and feel, lately, given by the number of bins constantly left out on the street (and in front of our entrance door). Every week we have overflowing bins, bad odors, littering on the floor in front of our house. We believe that some of the bins' house number is not in our street and it seems not ideal that other families do not keep them safe / close to their house, as it should be. Could we please ask that you investigate and intervene accordingly and help us to recreate a clean and respectful feeling of our neighborhood? Kind Regards, EM
