Manhole cover rattles everytime a car goes over it

Sent to Leicestershire County Council and Melton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2644102.

There is a manhole cover outside my house that rattles really bad everytime a car passes over it. It's waking my children up several times a night.
