Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2639081.

Abandoned car, flat tyre, no MOT or insurance. Been parked at the top of Queen's Road, junction with Park Road for some weeks.

There's little enough parking in Queen's Rad as it is without cars benign dumped here.
