Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

When a new fence was erected, the old one was just dumped in the green area instead of being removed and recycled. There are many metal posts that could be recycled ...

  • Crew attended but land is being investigated by supervisors as may be private, if not old fence will be cleared.

  • In discussions with the University of Oxford Estate Services department, it was established that this piece of land is managed by Park Farm, Marston. I suggest to contact Park Farm to remove the old fence.

  • Currently, this has not been fixed. A new photograph has been supplied. Shouldn’t the owner of the new fence be responsible for this environment hazard?

  • Not fixed, and now it is going to be a hell of a job with all the vegetation that has grown through it… please ask the owner of the property to fix that. They are responsible for this.

  • Still not cleared after so many months. Shouldn't, by now, the owner of the property who replaced their fence have been requested / warned about the need to remove their old one from there??
