Removal of soil and grass to verge

Reported via desktop in the Other (non-highways) category anonymously at 21:06, Thu 25 March 2021

Sent to Eastleigh Borough Council and Hampshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2634191.

The natural verge has been removed and imported stone laid ,while this is perhaps not vastly important the further installation of 2 large boulders placed thereon would impede the use of the verge for horses and traffic if the normal use of the metalled surface was compromised, often the inside radius of this bend is flooded causing traffic to move over to avoid this hazard, extreme caution has to be exercised as these boulders are in a very dangerous position, limiting the use of the verge in emergency
