The pathway between the houses is badly overgrown with brambles, weeds, large shrubs and a tree that has fallen over.

SODC does not manage any land here - the footpath is a right of way therefore OCC and the adjoining land strip is (east of 15 Verlam Grove) Westbury Homes (OVAL) Ltd and (west of ) Taylor Wimpey.UK Ltd
