Stony Stratford High Street is being abused. There are a lot of people who completely ignore the 2 hr parking rule. It is now nearly 4:30pm and a Range Rover with the number plate N17 DEA has been parked outside my office since 10am. What is the point of having rules if they aren't being policed???
