Abandoned buses monopolising Lay-By parking

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2631701.

School buses are being left abandoned throughout the school day in the Lay-By and bottle bank on the Otley/Pool Road A659 at Knotford Nook. This makes access to the bottle bank difficult and dangerous as well as blocking short stay parking for over 6 hours per day. This storage should be at the school premises not taking up a public facility. This is a daily problem during school term.
