Car repeatedly parked blocking pavement

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2628574.

There is a car that parks halfway on the pavement on this section of road (the adopted part, not the privately owned part). Just outside the pet food shop. It repeatedly blocks the pavement and forces pedestrians into the road to get round it. The car sometimes leaves and then returns to the same spot, blocking the pavement.
