Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2624367.

During the high winds a few weeks back the rubbish bin was blown away, including the base, leaving a hole where it once stood. Please replace. Located opposite the vets near the BT cabinets off Park Road.
