Damage to bridge by car by willow tree on Hook Road, Mill House pub, North Warnborough

Reported via desktop anonymously at 14:45, Saturday 20 March 2021

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council less than a minute later

A car has reversed into corner of bridge by Mill House pub and the corner is now detached and unsafe and likely to topple over onto someone or into stream. This is a flood risk area and a Reading University flood monitoring system pipe is attached to the unsafe part of the bridge. We have informed them as we are leading the Mill Corner Flood alleviation scheme. If the bridge falls into the stream this will cause water backup and potential flooding on Mill Lane
