Parking and reversing onto a main road

Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2620430.

Parking on double yellow lines outside school, parking in front of yellow barrier then reversing into the main road (opposite Penny Hill pub). Everyday this is happening, surprised there hasn't been an accident already. Very dangerous .
