Footpath uneven and not safe to walk on

From no 33 to 41 Pine Road the footpath is uneven and has degraded. The tarmac has broken up in places and the sub-base is visible causing pot holes. There are roots and repairs from previous work adding to the poor condition which makes the footpath unsafe to walk on. This also makes the use of push chairs and wheelchairs hazardous.
