Cut shrubbery/tree branches left in culvert

Reported via desktop anonymously at 14:14, Fri 19 March 2021

Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2619879.

A number of trees/shrubs on the far side of the culvert in Rowleys Road have been cut down and all the branches have just been left across/in the culvert, thus presenting a risk of blockage and potential flooding.
