Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2618650.

The column also has damage near the base.

This was the 2nd time I have called about this light. At least I got a response but was told that this lamp, although it has '5' on the column is the responsibility of the carpark operators even though it is of a different style to others in the c/Park.
