No lighting opposite Sainsburys

In light of the Sarah Everard murder, please can the street lights opposite Sainsburys be switched back on.
This area is renowned for drug users and attempted murder. It is not a nice place to walk along at night at the best of times and having a dark street is asking for trouble. I understand the old people opposite may not like the lights shining in at night but safety of the public should override this. If it’s saving money, then at what cost? If it’s environment, again at what cost? No excuse really
