Garbage in the street

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later
Set up by these neighbours yet again, for their rubbish to blow out into other peoples gardens and the street. This happens every single week, and has been happened well over a year now.
Me along with many other neighbours have absolutely had enough of clearing our gardens full of house number 34’s rubbish blown into our gardens and the street.
This has been reported by myself before and couple other neighbours yet nothing is done to stop this.
Please can the Council do something about this issue because the family living at 34 Asquith Road Rose Hill Oxford, simply do not care about other neighbours or their crap blowing into other peoples gardens or the street.
Another worrying concern is that there seems to be like 15 plus people living in that house, most likely illegal immigrants. Which of most their boys sometimes I’ve seen even deliberately kick or throw rubbish into the street.
Nobody faces them as theirs about 15 plus people living in that one house and we all neighbours simply don’t want any trouble however want this rubbish issue sorted because it’s a weekly or shall I say a everyday problem for us all.
Please help our neighborhood to stop this family ruining our livelihood.
Many thanks on behalf of,
The Asquith Road Rose Hill Neighbourhood
