Double parking on narrow road

Sent to Hinckley and Bosworth Borough Council and Leicestershire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2607543.

Double parking on a very narrow part of Lutterworth Road. This is a regular occurrence with supermarket and delivery vans stopping here with vehicles parked the other side of the road. It's made even worse by the fact that this is the only side of the road with a pavement. All of these houses have driveways, and at this time, most of them were empty.
