Dipped drain cover in pavement in front of vet practice

Sent to Norfolk County Council and South Norfolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2604034.

There is a loose and very dipped utility cover in the roadside pavement in from of the vet practice. People have fallen on it and there is a risk of it loosening and cars going in it as they have to cross it to get to vets parking spaces.
