School run drivers blocking dropped down kerb

These cars are blocking access to the drop down kerb on Maitland Road during school pick up times. The drop down kerb is the only place to cross which is safe and pedestrianised, yet school parents insist on parking over it and blocking access. The first two pictures enclosed are from Monday 14.51pm and 15.02pm. The third picture is from today at 15.01pm. This is a regular occurrence and it is the only place safe to cross on that side of the street!!
