Motor bikes and mountain bikes using path

Updates

• I have been told by the council that it is up to the land owner to fix the problem, but he is know wear to be found as his land / fields are being built on and the farm buildings have gone. Due to the new buildings is why the path is starting to be used. I my self have started to clear some of the fly tipping and have done some thing about the mud.

• What is the point of me keep telling you no it has not been touched ! when I presume your in business to sort these problems out, Motor bikes and mountain bikes still use the foot pad leaving the gate open for people to fly tip, but with it being summer the muddy surface is drying and it is now more passable to walk on.

• Now getting off road motor bikes racing up there, riders with no helmet and the bikes have no number plates! .
