Fly tipping on the footpath

Fly tipping sometime last night 20 metres into the footpath opposite the driveway entrance to Hill Farm . Just off the Henley Rd. House clearance rubbish including glass and a bed and mattress

  • Council responded and investigated but as the public footpath was on private land they said it was the landowners responsibility. So I took most of it to the local tip and the farmer took the matress away
