Abandoned Car on private property & public footpath

This car has been left on my property and the public footpath for the past 5 months and still has not moved in that time. We have tried to highlight to the owner that they should not be parking here but it still has not moved. We are unable to maintain our land because it is parked on our grass and it encourages others to walk on our grass because they are blocking the public footpath. This needs to be removed by the council now.
