Sent to East Hertfordshire District Council and Hertfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2594226.

The telephone cable from 186 Musley Hill has disconnected from the telegraph pole outside 190 and is trailing across the pavement. This is dangerous. I cannot report to OpenReach because their system is so unhelpful and ineffective. Please get someone to fix this as I am concerned that someone will get hurt by tripped on the cable or an animal may get trapped.
