Dangerous traffic lights

Sent to Birmingham City Council less than a minute later

Not sure what to suggest but based on the location of the street lights and the trees around there. Cars, coming from both ways (but mainly turning the corner from Maxted Road onto Witton Lodge) are driving straight through red lights when people are crossing. It happened again this morning and will end up in a nasty accident.
