Graffiti on bridge over M3

Sent to Runnymede Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2590070.

Large amounts of graffiti on railway bridge that goes over M3 just prior to M3/M25 intersection. 10 foot/HELCH been there ages, a real eyesore.

  • Not removed. Highways England say Network Rail.issues but nobody wants to take responsibility. Looks like the vandals have won.
