Uneccessary excessive security lighting

The occupants of 98 Asfordby Rd Melton have a pair of security lights trained directly on our bungalow bedroom window, switched on all night!, we can understand the need for security lights on a motion sensor but not permanently all night, we have requested them to lower or switch on the motion sensor (which we know exists) so they don’t directly shine on our bedroom window, to know avail, l have complained to the environmental office at Melton Mowbray B.C. but neither appeals have had any required response
