Flytipping on the slopes by the pedestrian footbridge leading to Swann Lane

Reported via desktop in the Flytipping category anonymously at 15:36, Thu 4 March 2021

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2587077.

When I stopped for a cycling break I was shocked to see how much flytipping people have done by the slopes of the pedestrian footbridge, by the railway tracks. Mainly plastic items but also some large items such as planks of wood. Its an eyesore for people walking on the pedestrian footbridge leading to Swann Lane. Someone needs to clear all this flytipping up quite soon, as it is gathering up quite quickly. On a windy day these items could end up on railway tracks and cause possible derailments for trains.
