Vehicile "Dump" in princess Dianas park

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2585764.

There is a white vehicle CP62TYD in the park itself, there is no legal way for the vehicle to get there so I believe it must of been dumped. It is directly outside the entrance of the school where the nursery children enter the school
