Pothole in gutter drain

Hello The grid in the gutter has become lose as a pothole has formed, it appears to be 2 inches deep and 8 inches wide. Due to a traffic island nearby it is hard to avoid.

It is located between Cunningham Dr and Woodway Road in Lutterworth (see map marker)
