Kennington Road sign missing

Reported via desktop in the Street nameplates category by Kennington Parish Council at 15:38, Tuesday 2 March 2021

Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later

The 'Kennington Road' name plate was removed several months ago following a vehicle collision and has not been replaced. This was near the corner of the junction between Kennington Road and Upper Road. It has been reported twice but has not been replaced, and I was advised that village signs are the responsibility of Oxfordshire County Council, rather than the district council. Please could this be replaced as soon as possible? Alternatively, if a decision has been made not to replace the sign, please could you let me know so I can pass this on to the parish council? Many thanks
