Parking in a turning area and on pavement

These car vans and car park in the turning location and pavement every day as if it is their own parking facility. They built their house knowing there would not be enough parking for them, this is despite every resident objecting as it was built with the least parking of all and would cause chaos and it has. The issue has been effecting residents for over a decade now, and has got worse as they acquired more vehicles over the years. This has been especially apparent, and of particular concern when a number of ambulances have been required in the close recently due to the pandemic, and has hindered the ambulances ability to get out of our narrow close safely and effectively. If the council would mark the area to be kept clear, it could be used for its intended purpose and the emergency services as well as residents to manoeuvre our already narrow close. This inconsiderate parking makes it that much narrower and precarious to navigate safely.
