Parking on Morris Close pavement

Vehicle with a trailer with another vehicle in the back, parking on the pavement on Morris Close, very close to homes facing Empress Road, the said pavement has a steep slope down to the mentioned homes. The vehicle does not leave room for people in wheelchairs (myself), the elderly with walking sticks/Zimmer frames or mums/dads with small children/pushchairs, without them having to detour into the road because they can’t safely get to the dropped curb blocked by the vehicle. This happed on the evening of the 28th Feb and 1st of March 2021
