Driving damage over sidewalk and grass area

The occasional lazy resident/visitor to this part of the Kimm's Belt neighborhood next to London Rd (right by the pedestrian crossing) is now often driving rodeshod over the sidewalk and over the grass and nearby path towards the nearest in-neighborhood road.

It is destroying the grass quickly, leaving tracks, and endangers people who might happen to be around there. A few bushes nearby so no clear means of verifying safe access by the prospective driver.

A fence or similar would be appreciated to stop this abuse. Thank you.
