Entire road surface disintegrating. Particularly bad where vehicles do 180 degree turn at end of road

Sent to Milton Keynes Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2576615.

8 years of requesting attention. at least several attempts made to fill in but as substructure is also disintegrating the repairs only last for short periods. This refers to the entire length of Plum Park Lane.
