Excessive speeding on residential road

A once quiet residential street has become an extremely dangerous area due to excessive speeding by certain people. Although many cars are now speeding there are two local people in particular, one in a car and 1 on a motorbike, who are driving at such speeds it's horrific. This street is used by children going to school, by elderly people and by wheelchair users who live in the area..

Still very bad speeding problem on this residential road and the same motorist and biker are still a big and very dangerous problem.
