Follow up to issue raised previously - APP2021022414042

Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2573299.
Case number: APP2021022414042
You asked for clarification re the above case number:
As if the water would be running down from Halton Lea Bust Stop to this area! If someone actually bothered to inspect the area highlighted by the pin marker, they would see which bus stop and hill/bank the water was running down from. Whoever laid the grit salt a couple of weeks knows which area this relates to. The water comes down the path leading from the hospital bus stop and from the sides of the small hill/bank opposite the path/road along Hospital Way. I have marked the area with another pin marker. This one isn't anywhere near Halton Lea Bus Stop either!

The council keep sending me emails asking if the issue has been fixed. Why don’t they fix the issue then send me an email to let me know. It would make more sense. It wasn’t fixed when I raised the same issue last year. It still hasn’t been fixed since raising it again earlier this year. Apparently the council don’t see these updates either. That makes sense too doesn’t it !! No doubt I’ll have to raise the same issue again next year. And they can’t blame staffing issues due to Covid because Covid wasn’t an issue when it was raised originally.
