Missing Railing

Sent to Redbridge 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 257309.

There is a missing piece of railing in the rear car park of the row of railing on the left hand side. This has meant that cars have begun to park on the pavement and on the plot of land designated for plants and trees. This has been a recent development as previously the railing that covered the curve of the pavement was present.
