Van parking on junction

Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2572798.

A works van constantly keeps on parking on the junction between Popular rd & River way, he comes home normally around 1 in the afternoon, and its parked awkwardly till the next morning, not only that he lives further down the road. Plus the van is there all w/end and its just danger to other road users on the junction and an eyesore the van has been parking like this for nearly a year now.
