Overflowing dog poo bin

Sent to Cherwell District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2572400.

I passed the dog poo bin today and it appears completely full and people are leaving their bags on the lid now. Its on the footpath that runs between cranesbill drive and lucerne avenue, Bicester.
