Bins and over-flowing rubbish left on street all the time

Reported via desktop in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:03, Wednesday 24 February 2021

Sent to Oxford City Council less than a minute later

New people have moved into 11 Green Ridges recently and they leave their bins out on the street all the time. They moved in a couple of months ago. Currently there is a green bin and lots of bags out there. This is right in my line of vision and an ongoing eyesore.

9 Green Ridges. The bins were put out for collection on Tuesday 23rd March. It should have been the blue recycling bin and food waste. They put all the bins out and lots of bagged rubbish. Nothing was taken by the binmen so all rubbish will be left there. I assume as the blue bin wasn't emptied there is incorrect rubbish in it. It has been the same since new people moved in. Please help.
