Sent to Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later
A number of signs have appeared throughout Kennington advertising the new Redrow development at 'The Lawns'. It has been queried whether these have been approved by Oxfordshire County Council as they have been affixed to the lamppost columns.
I wish to report that two drains in Bagley wood Road alongside the war memorial at the junction of Bagley Wood Road and The Avenue are completely blocked. This means floodwater common downfrom Bagley wood Road pours onto The Avenue/Kennington Road. Traffic passing through these waters splashes oknto the front wall of St Swithun's Church Hall, causing damage to the exterior wall and damp to the inside. If these two drains were dealt with this would provide protection to the hall and to pedestrians that often get splash d by passing traffic. There is a plan to do remedial work to the stone work of the hall, and the simple job of clearing theses two drains would be most helpful. Roger Dennett - 07837-191-893 - email@example.com
