Failure to relay tarmac by Developer
Sent to Cherwell District Council and Oxfordshire County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 2566360.
When connecting mains to a new development the Developer dug up tarmac on a road belonging to OX CC. and replaced it with shingle/ gravel. This missing tarmac is the appointed Wheelie Bin Collection Point. With increased usage this area will become a mud bath and it should be restored. It also appears that land boundaries may have changed widening this section of the road.
