Sent to South Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Our group of litter pickers cleared a campsite that was being used by local teenagers for drinking and drug taking, underneath a piece of carpet, on the floor of this den was what appears to be asbestos waste. This popular site for walkers and children playing is built on a landfill, and no doubt this waste exists elsewhere but long buried.

The pile that I discovered needs removing ASAP.
