Sent to Thanet District Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 256542.

Number 94 Rumfields road has cut down some conifers and just dumped the cuttings at the end of the ally in Asda car park and in front of a BT box been reported to council before but they never done anything, they have also erected some fencing making the ally narrower.
